Bonded Nylon Thread
NEXUS bonded thread is made from bonded polyamide 6.6 filament material. This thread is suitable for heavy duty seams. Its high durability and strength make it ideal for handbags, small leather goods and shoes. Available in a variety of colors.Medium weight bonded cord. Most commonly used for furniture upholstery, it also works well on purses and handbags, shoes, heavy curtains, outdoor gear and furniture, and small leather goods. A special bonding process makes the nylon bonded threads a little stiffer to ensure reliable and secure seams.
Uses and Application Guide
Tex 135 Bonded Nylon Thread is a high-strength, durable thread ideal for heavy-duty stitching. It’s perfect for leather, upholstery, canvas, outdoor gear, footwear, and industrial uses. The thread’s abrasion and water resistance make it reliable in tough environments.

Method of Use
Machine Setup: Use with a heavy-duty machine and a needle size of 130/21 or 140/22.
Hand Sewing: Use a strong needle and apply consistent pressure.
Threading: Ensure the thread is free of tangles before sewing.
Post-Sewing: Trim excess thread and secure loose ends.

Multiple Color Choices
Multiple standard colors are available depending on the product and specification. NEXUS also supports custom colors with a minimum order quantity of 10 units and an additional USD 50 custom-color fee.
For custom color development, you can provide a physical sample, image reference or Pantone color reference. The standard custom-color lead time is 10 days. For urgent requirements, custom orders may be ready for dispatch on the third day after order confirmation.
Customized products are non-returnable. Please note that photography, lighting and screen settings may affect how physical thread colors appear online.
