Finished thread is checked for thread continuity and joint conditions according to the applicable spool format and product acceptance requirements.Spools that do not meet the relevant acceptance criteria are not approved for standard finished-product shipment.
Finished spools are reviewed for winding consistency, visible strand separation, and other observable thread or spool defects.
After the applicable quality checks, approved products proceed to final packing. Where arranged, actual product and color photos can be provided for pre-shipment verification.
