Method of Use
Machine Setup:Compatible with industrial and commercial sewing machines. Use needles sized 100/16 or 110/18 for medium-heavy fabrics.Adjust tension and stitch length based on fabric thickness for optimal stitching.
Hand Sewing:Use a durable needle that suits medium-weight polyester threads. Ensure even stitch spacing to maintain strength.
Threading:Make sure the thread feeds smoothly through the machine or hand needle without tangling to ensure consistent stitching.
Post-Sewing:Trim excess thread and secure the ends neatly, especially in high-stress areas to avoid fraying.

For custom color development, you can provide a physical sample, image reference or Pantone color reference. The standard custom-color lead time is 10 days. For urgent requirements, custom orders may be ready for dispatch on the third day after order confirmation.
