Bonded Nylon Thread
Nexus is made from bonded polyamide 6.6 filament material. This thread is suitable for heavy duty seams. Its high durability and strength make it ideal for handbags, small leather goods and shoes. Available in a variety of colors.Medium weight bonded cord. Most commonly used for furniture upholstery, it also works well on purses and handbags, shoes, heavy curtains, outdoor gear and furniture, and small leather goods. A special bonding process makes the nylon bonded threads a little stiffer to ensure reliable and secure seams.
Uses and Application Guide
Tex 90 Bonded Nylon Thread is a medium-weight, high-strength nylon thread designed for lighter heavy-duty stitching. It is ideal for a wide range of applications including light leatherwork, upholstery, canvas, and outdoor gear. The thread’s durability, abrasion, and water resistance make it perfect for everyday sewing needs.

Method of Use
Machine Setup: Compatible with standard sewing machines, use with needles 110/18 or 120/19.
Hand Sewing: Use a durable needle suited for medium-weight nylon thread.
Threading: Make sure the thread is properly fed through the machine or hand needle without tangling.
Post-Sewing: Trim the thread and secure loose ends to prevent fraying.

Multiple Color Choices
Multiple standard colors are available depending on the product and specification. NEXUS also supports custom colors with a minimum order quantity of 10 units and an additional USD 50 custom-color fee.
For custom color development, you can provide a physical sample, image reference or Pantone color reference. The standard custom-color lead time is 10 days. For urgent requirements, custom orders may be ready for dispatch on the third day after order confirmation.
Customized products are non-returnable. Please note that photography, lighting and screen settings may affect how physical thread colors appear online.
