Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe listed in “Checkout”, please contact Customer Service via email: Mark@dgzfxy.com (online 24 hours a day) and we will be happy to assist in tracking your order. We contract with multiple shipping companies and your package may be shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS. If you are shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address as your order may be shipped via one of the ground services listed.

Note: Our air freight delivery time is 7-9 days. Except for large machinery items, which are sea freight services, we all provide air freight services. All our categories include home delivery. Delivery time is Monday to Friday.
