Tex 207 Bonded Nylon Thread
NEXUS bonded thread is made from bonded polyamide 6.6 filament material. This thread is suitable for heavy duty seams. Its high durability and strength make it ideal for handbags, small leather goods and shoes. Available in a variety of colors.Medium weight bonded cord. Most commonly used for furniture upholstery, it also works well on purses and handbags, shoes, heavy curtains, outdoor gear and furniture, and small leather goods. A special bonding process makes the nylon bonded threads a little stiffer to ensure reliable and secure seams.

Tex 210 Bonded Nylon Thread is a heavy-duty, high-strength nylon thread designed for tough stitching tasks. Tex 210 handles thicker materials and offers superior abrasion resistance compared to lighter threads like Tex 135 or Tex 90.

Method of Use
Machine Setup:Use with industrial machines and select needles in the range of 140/22 or 160/23 to handle thicker materials.Adjust machine tension and stitch length according to the thickness of the fabric.
Hand Sewing:For hand stitching, use a heavy-duty needle that can handle thick nylon threads. Ensure consistent pressure and spacing.
Threading:Ensure the thread feeds smoothly without tangles to avoid any stitching issues.
Post-Sewing:Secure the ends and trim excess thread neatly to avoid fraying.
