Nexus bonded nylon thread tex70 is made of 6.6 polyamide fibers and is suitable for light stitching. A single-stretch process increases the elongation of the bonded nylon thread, and a Nexus-specific silicone wax is applied generously to the surface, resulting in high durability and strength, making it ideal for stitching the bottoms of handbags, small leather goods, and athletic shoe uppers. Nexus offers 70 colors to choose from. A special bonded process gives the nylon bonded thread a slightly stiffer feel, ensuring a strong and reliable stitch.

Tex 70 Bonded Nylon Thread (also known as V69) is a strong and durable sewing thread designed for medium to light sewing. It is made from three high-strength nylon 6,6 monofilaments twisted together and treated with an adhesive coating to prevent thread fraying during sewing, reduce friction, and ensure smooth and even stitches.

How to Use Tex 70 Bonded Nylon Thread for leather sewing
Suitable for most industrial or household sewing machines. Recommended needle size: 100/16 to 110/18.
When sewing thicker fabrics, adjust thread tension to prevent breakage.
For aesthetic purposes: Use a thicker thread for the top thread to create a decorative effect, but a thinner thread for the bottom thread. Ideal for use with bonded nylon thread tex90 as the top thread and bonded nylon thread tex70 as the bottom thread.
