Need a specific thread color? Send us your reference and we’ll prepare a custom color order.

Custom colors are available with a minimum order of 10 spools per size and color combination, plus an additional USD 50 custom-color fee. Physical samples, images, or Pantone references can be used to begin the color-matching process. Final production is subject to customer approval of the color sample.

Color Development

Your reference is reviewed and prepared for custom color development with our specialist dyeing partners.

Production & Preparation

Once you approve the custom color sample and confirm the order, we arrange production and prepare the thread to the agreed specifications.

Dispatch

Standard custom-color lead time is 10 days. Urgent orders may be ready for dispatch on the third day after order confirmation.
